This flavor made a delish sherbert flavor for my macaron lineup. Taste testers all agreed, very obvious flavor and a little goes a long way!

Rainbow Sherbet Seltzer

Great flavor, although leans more toward orange sherbet than rainbow. Stronger than some other Amoretti extracts; I experienced good results using the low end of the recommended dosing range (0.01%). My only issue is that it adds a cloudy hue to the seltzer water. Other Amoretti extracts I've used are usually crystal clear.
