I ordered the soft start after email Mayling and telephone calls to customer service. In those instances, the responses were fast, and all questions were answered. The device was sent to me in a very reasonable amount of time. As of this writing, I have not yet installed, but I do have the confidence that if I need assistance, the folks at Hutch Mountain will do all they can to steer me in the right direction. Easy start

Bought for use with my generator. It was easy to install DIY just watch the video step by step directions. Very happy with it you can tell a difference already under normal conditions can't wait to try out with the generator when I need it should work exactly as planned from what I can tell already. Didn't think to take a pic or I would have only issue was deciding where to place it in the unit itself.
