Working with Upgrades

I installed this product into my 3.5 ton air conditioner and it's works well with my generator application. It appears to not like my normal setup, I have had two failures of the product and have received excellent customer service attention in addressing my issues without flustrations. I'm told with each failure that the product had been upgraded since my purchase and a replacement was sent to me. Of course I'd like not having to deal with the failures but the way this company handles warranty issues is exceptional. I'm looking forward to longer service experiences with no more failures.

The unit works as advertised. My hvac 5 ton ac /heat pump start up amps were over 95 amps and now with the Micro-air it’s 29 amps. My portable generator now runs my ac unit.
