This Euroshaft was a perfect replacement for my original that I had for about 10 years. I shot a giant Trevally and it bent my old shaft up pretty bad, so I decided to order it from RIFFE because they make very solid products that last a very long time and I am happy with the results .

Durable

Very high quality and long lasting spear. I’ve noticed some lower accuracy with my original spear and the flopper is fairly banged up after so much hole hunting for cabezon and lingcod. It’s also about an inch shorter due to so much resharpening i’m often shooting with two bands into small caves, for cabs and lings . The Riffe euro 55cm is the perfect central California hole gun with an exceptionally durable spear.
