These plans work!
I have now purchased 2 plans from Ben. Firstly the L4 Marathon, which despite 2 weeks off the plan due to flu I managed a 2:59 in Manchester (previous best 3:16). I then purchased the L5 Half Marathon plan and took my time from a 1:25:06 to 1:21:46. The prescriptive pace charts and varied workouts really help focus you and enjoy the running. With 4 young children I have to juggle easy/long sessions about but I always stick to the weekly mileage and complete to the interval and tempo sessions. The strength workouts have contributed to keeping me injury free and can be done from the 'comfort' of home. Next up L5 Marathon plan. Onwards and upwards!

Great training plan
I bought the Half Marathon Plan Advanced Plus training plan and have been really happy with it. Its providing me extra motivation and structure which keeps me wanting to get out and run. The strength and conditioning section (an extra) is a useful resource.

Trust the Process!
Another solid plan - have tried a number of these plans now and consistently get me through a block feeling fresh and fast for race day, often with a PB in the process. Can't reccomend enough!
