The Splitter itself so far is fine, The issue I had was the skid it was shipped on, by the time it arrived it was completely broken apart and was quite a chore to unload due to this. From Our use so far the single wedge works extremely well, however the 4 way wedge due the clearance on top keeps sticking the pieces of wood theres not enough clearance on top of the 4 way. Heavy Duty for big wood

Well built heavy duty and strong. Took over a month to get it due to countries issues, but I was told it would be before I purchased. They did not charge me until shipped. The splitter works great as a two way splitter, but will not split hickory or beech with the four way splitter on. It does not have the power to push through. It is on a new Case TR270 skid steer it has plenty of hydraulic power. I will attempt to sharpen the four way when I can and see if it helps. At this time I would not buy the bolt on four way blade again. I would recommend the splitter for big wood. I would give 5 stars to wood splitters direct and four stars to the splitter it would be 5 stars if four way works after I put an edge it. It was really dull and looks like after it was welded they forgot to sharpen it. It is hard to push 1/4 steel through wood.
