reported the incorrect shipping address immediately after placing the order and contacted the seller multiple times before delivery. Despite acknowledging the issue and promising to contact the carrier, the package was still shipped to the wrong address. Customer support responses were slow and no effective solution was provided.worst customer service ever .. waste of money
