PSALM 23 - ALL OVER LONG SLEEVE - BLACK/WHITE

Embarrassing customer service especially for a faith based company! I paid for 2-3 day shipping so the order could be received prior to Christmas. It arrived a week after Christmas. This is after me sending an email about shipping. I had to pay additional shipping to send part of the order to the recipient since they didn't get them on Christmas. When the recipient received the order, only 1 of the 2 shirts was in the package. I had to then email again about this which again took several days for a response. I even requested that they ship the missing item to the recipient directly. And when they FINALLY responded, all I got was a "sorry for the oversight." Are you kidding me?! I received the missing shirt in 2-3 days. Yet again, I had to pay $11.00 to mail that shirt to the recipient. All I received was the original $9.00 for the expedited shipping which was promised after my initial email prior to Christmas. I don't want handouts but genuine and actionable customer service is what I expect! This will absolutely be my last order and I'm more than happy to share this experience with whomever and where ever I can!!!!
