I like these corn cakes and eat them every day for lunch. But I prefer the thinner Ultra Thin Mixed Grain Corn Cakes, which appear to no longer be available. They were much tastier!

Addictive and yummy

The hardest thing about being gluten-free is the lack of crunch in our food. I crisp my rice cakes in the oven and store them in airtight containers, so they are ready when I need a snack. These Ultra Thin Corn Cakes are the absolute best cakes I have found! I am addicted and look forward to putting egg salad and a variety of spreads on them to keep me satisfied throughout the day. I buy them in bulk! I highly recommend them.
