Description
After experimenting with chiles from all over the Southwest and Mexico, Los Poblanos created this warm and smoky finishing salt with chilaca chile peppers smoked in Oaxaca, Mexico.

We love this stuff! I can't tell you how many jars we've run through but...it's a lot and we buy in semi-bulk (2-3) each time LP has a sale :) We use it on meats primarily - it bumps up the salt complexity factor no matter whether it's chicken, pork or beef. We also add it to our Mexican dishes along with a *sparing* bit of LP Fuego salt. Just an excellent all-round spice.
