This mini Ab Mat is perfect for trainees w/a shorter upper body torso. It fits more anatomically w/the natural curvature of the spine & lower back arch. Great product for increased pre-stretch to the abdominal muscles. It also acts as an additional support spacer while performing any type of Leg press motion while limiting the movement of the pelvis to roll out of a safe position.

The AbMat Mini is a great product, just like the original AbMat. Difference is, this smaller version seems to fit my back curve much better than the original. Supports well and helps isolate and target the abs. Quality product as you would expect from AbMat!
