Malibu Barbie Fragrance Oil

Is it skin safe or isn't it? The label is contradicting itself. And it's not even in a spray bottle. How exactly am I meant to use it? It smells decent but it's confusing.

I don’t even know how to describe this other than pure Heaven. It’s like a mix of new car smell and summer. It’s exactly what I would think Malibu Barbie’s house would smell like! Keep making this scent please!!!

If you like florals then you will love it! But when it’s baking it gives me a headache! But I have some customers that are excited to try it!
