Great Product, Great Service

I received the creaser and used it for a couple of weeks, worked wonderfully! Then it began to overheat and the temperature could not be controlled. Made on Jupiter immediately asked me to return the unit and they determined it was internal to the main controller, and within a few days shipped a replacement which functions like new. Excellent communication and support! It's an indispensable tool on my bench, highly recommended to my fellow leather workers.
