Although smaller than I anticipated, wanting to cook whole salmon sides rather than fillets, gave a very tasty twist to my grilled fish dishes.

Brought the cedar wood to cook Salmon in the oven and it was a knock out, the people I done it for loved it. Need to buy bigger ones now

They add a nice subtle smoky flavour to your fish and are perfect size for a large salmon fillet and nice n thick, I get a couple of uses out of each plank which is great and at a great price.
