Throttle lever difficult to install.

The part works, but it is almost impossible to install. When in position you cannot access the tightening screw. The first one broke because it was to high on the handle, either from the factory or it just worked up because it was not tight and worked out of position. When the boxed close it broke it. The one I just put on is loose after just a few days.
