Stainless steel replacement brake

I absolutely love my new winch and I am very impressed with how capable it is , I use it for pulling logs out of rough area's , it’s very well made , the only issue was the original rope brake was made out of plastic and quickly broke , the replacement steel brake is a huge upgrade but the springs broke the second time I used it . The brake still works ok when the winch is upright , overall it’s a great well made tool made by a great company
