Unique 14 Cu. Ft. Propane Refrigerator - Black (UGP-14C SM B)

I was forced to replace my existing refrigerator in my RV and was looking at close to $6K and it was only 6 years old. I looked high and low for a replacement that would work but all I found was more questions searching online. I called Bens Wholesale since they seemed the best price…I got more than expected, he took the time to answer all my questions, happened to have what I needed in stock. I paid for it with my credit card on Monday, shipped out that day and had it hooked up on Thursday. That quick! The new refrigerator was 1/3 of the cost and 10 times better. This is a nice quality fridge. I have taken one shelf out. I didn't realize that the vegetable drawer would be baskets. I have had them before so I am not disappointed. I love hearing the fridge run. It sounds like a wood wick candles. This fridge was purchased for an off grid 2.5 kW solar system. During the grey days of a NY winter my system could not support the fridge and a large freezer. The Unique fridge will use propane all winter but will reduce the number of times the generator kicks on. I can finally sleep through a night without a droning generator. The fridge is not huge but the difference between it and my 19 cu.ft. fridge is not that noticeable. I really like it for it's clean lines, ample space and freedom from the generator. I plan on using the electric all Spring, Summer and early Fall. I had this luxury in my camper, controlling what energy I used.

Very good customer service. Fridge was delivered on time, at the correct address and undamaged. It has been working for 3 days with no problems. Good experience so far.
