Top item, plastic packing
I knew this was the type of chair I wanted and it's exactly what I expected.
Great
- intuitive and easy to reach buttons
- easy assembly; the chair is four pieces that press fit
- rubber base is solid and heavy
- rubber base is silent and less likely to scratch my floor
- compact and tidy
- comfortable cushion
Dislike
- the eco is low effort, bottom of the barrel. Bulky packaging with no sense to reduce plastic.
- Effy should encourage people to extend the life of their products by adding 'care and repair' sections to their instructions and selling individual parts of this chair

It's great and just what I was expecting. Feels comfortable and sturdy. Only complaint is I'm tall and it doesn't quite go as high as I'd like. 10 more cm would be perfect.
