I adore this. A whim of a purchase I am EO glad I made. Bite sized Islamic affirmations and words of hope for your daily life. I find this so helpful for my ADHD/CPTSD as it grounds me in the morning and helps me feel more at ease.

Daily words of wisdom.
Fajr and Noor is a beautiful book with short quotations that I find grounds me from day to day and quiets my mind…. Alhamdallah. The only suggestion I would like to make is that since the quotes are short, therefore leaving the rest of the page blank, the quote could also be written in Arabic, as I am learning (albeit slow:-) the language.. inch’allah.
