Candy Crayon Collar (6 colors)

We ordered the medium orange candy collar for our 5 month old, 22lb, pit/pug mix. It is SUPER cute and the material was very soft; however, while on a walk, our girl was able to break free from the leash as the little metal piece bent and fell off of the collar. Obviously, due to our experience, I would not recommend this collar, BUT I would definitely order from Our Haru again as the customer service was exceptional. They did not hesitate to refund the purchase immediately as well as assure us they would reach out to the product manufacturer to inform them of the mishap.
