Discrepancies in Sizes

I ordered the same swim shorts I had bought a few years ago. I ordered two sizes larger and they were too tight. When I held them up to my previously purchased shorts they were exactly the same size. Must be made in China now.

I like the board shorts but the snap doesnt like to stay closed.
