I thought the smell was overwhelming and hated how it doesn't lather up at all. Not even a little.

I have fine, graying short and dry hair and I could tell after first use that my hair liked the products because it had a little more bounce than with previous herbal based hair care. My hair responded best to the Root and Scalp shampoo in spite of weird texture of product. I am experimenting with your finishing cream too and like the lack of residue though I normally do use an herbal styling gel so it's a good comparison. Thank you for innovating!!

Desperate hope!

After using expensive “natural “ shampoos which left my scalp and skin still itching but with hair like straw, I was desperate for an alternative! I looked up “naturopathic shampoo” and found Neil Naturopathic products. I liked the Mini trial set! So far both shampoos work and no itching!
