Amazing!!!

The product itself is good and my partner likes it. However, i had issues with your customer service. It took much longer to arrive than advertised. I messaged on instagram and emailed regarding where my order was with no reply. I got a notification it got shipped out within a few hours of me sending a third messags asking for a refund which I don't think is a coincidence. At no stage did I get a response to my messages. I didn't place an order for a similar product with a different company instead as I imagined your returns wouldn't be any better. It arrived well after his birthday which was a few weeks after I placed an order which was disappointing. I think you should improve your communication as it is a shame as your products are nice but I don't think I'll order again due to this l
