So, when I first placed my order for the Quick Home Workout Kit, I thought I placed the wrong order! The bands had more resistance than any other bands I used in the past (some comparison of look and type in my pic) and honestly, I felt I wasn't strong enough for them yet. I initially felt the X Bands were for more conditioned/experienced fitness bodies. But I was wrong. Very wrong. It took me a few weeks, but after integrating the bands into all of my strength and metabolic exercises, I began to move with more ease and focus (as with any consistent workout, right?). I take my Home Kit with me everywhere that I travel. They are easily transportable. The rubber bands are indeed heavy duty, so it's wise to wear pants to protect your skin. And, the comparison to the other bands has proven to speak more to the quality of the X Band product than anything else. The more I embraced them, the more the X Bands showed me love back. Just look at that heart shape that my 15lb band landed in one day after an intense glutes workout <3
