Great sweater not great customer service! Really comfy but Came ripped. Only thing they offered was a refund (no exchange)! but I would have to pay to ship back. So I just sewed the torn parts myself . As well there was a free shirt promo . Does not match the size chart. Size large but shirt fits really small . I asked for an exchange and was refused. Kinda bummed with the customer service. I’ve spent good money with you guys . Probably won’t be ordering anymore clothes from you guys. Even though I like your products. Good customer service would do an exchange and do what they can to make it right. All they offer is refund , days after they receive. All I wanted was an exchange for damaged defective product and the shirt to fit as a large.
