Great quality machine, but instructions were very hard to sort out where to start first! The bands need to have 3 sets of the same strength for each workout. Not one of each, because you are having to change from one workout to the next, especially as a beginner. Other than those issues, everything seems to be working okay!

Thank you for asking. I’m not very happy with the All-Ine Gym. I dont think there are enough weights to interchange for different strengths. I haven’t figured out how it can be useful for me.
