Love the machine (5/5). Do not recommend purchasing it through Whole Latte Love. They have an archaic process of “verifying”consumers. Despite the facts that I was using a credit card and had to enter a shop pay code when I made the purchase, a couple days later I was asked to follow up with them by calling (& waiting on hold) to verify my shipping address. An extra hassle, whatever. EXCEPT that after I did, they sent another email that I assumed was a mistake as it asked me to do it again. Then I missed the “we are going to cancel unless you call right away” email. When I called back to make the order again they phone me back to confirm that I wasn’t trying to make a fake order. THEN a few days later they called again saying they “couldn’t verify my cell phone number by looking it up on the internet”. I’ve never had so many obstacles to buying something online. The lady on the phone had no sympathy for my exasperation with their process, defending it by saying “this is how they’ve prevent fraudulent purchases since they opened their business”. Well, if ask me it’s your modernize your process Whole Latte Love. Definitely no chance that I’ll be a return customer. Back to the machine though, it’s wonderful. Easy clean up, amazing coffee. No complaints, just wish it came with a milk pitcher but that’s not a big deal.
