I'm new to spraying and have used the cyclone 3 for Chelated Iron, fungicides and bifen (an insecticide). I like the tip better than any that came with the sprayer. I get a nice uniform wide spray or more precise spray by holding closer to the ground for corners or near cement. I'm still learning every time I use the prayer but am happy with the upgrade.

Above and beyond customer service

UPS lost the package. I attempted to file a claim with them but there app was glitchy. I contacted Flowzone and got an emediate response. Got a replacement the next day. I realize that you have no control over the delivery and appreciate the replacement. Couldn’t use the sprayer without it. Excellent customer service!

So what I like is flowZone products which I give a strong 5 stars what I don't like is the process of shipping my opinion is horrible a one star of course the shipping cost I'm spoiled with others where I don't pay shipping but I'll accept that
