Replaced the pump and controller in my Typhoon 3. Online customer service response was within 30 minutes and clear in the instructional process. Online troubleshooting video was very helpful in replacing parts.

It didn’t work. NOW IT DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I replaced the pump and circuit board but the unit is still dead. I don’t know what else could be causing this but I believe it is an electrical issue. The battery is fully charged and the variable pressure on/off switch seams to work just fine. Any ideas? UPDATE: The good people at FlowZone read my initial review and quickly sent me the only other electrical part that could be the problem AT NO CHARGE! Now that's what I call excellent service above and beyond all expectations!! Thank you FlowZone. My Typhoon is back up and running.

I've got 2 backpack sprayers and 200 acres and have grown to rely on my flow zones. Currently, we're doing battle with one that is puzzling us all. But, the flow zone support guys are really great. They are taking it in stride and sending parts as fast as we figure out what we need to do.
