Dont Purchase

The products are not tested before resale. My purchase had a 1-2 inch seam break, which is not repairable (probably why it was returned). When I received the item, I opened it and inflated it to test it like their website instructs, and it failed miserably. When I reached out to LUNO, they didn't respond. Still waiting for email and/or voice. They don't answer calls in their Bend, Oregon, location, and they don't respond to emails online. Look elsewhere for a mattress or use a credit card that offers a refund option. Ill update this if their is a response or any form of customer service.

Definitely inflate upon receipt of product.

When I received the product, I followed the recommendation to inflate the mattresses and let sit for 48 hours. And I'm glad I did. They had slow leaks which I would've discovered well into my trip had I waited. Luno responded exceptionally. They replaced the mattresses, and I immediately tested them AND used them at home. They were wonderful! The firmest air mattress I've ever used and incredibly comfortable. I'm very pleased.

Love this mattress

It compacts down really nicely and easy to store in 4runner. I don't even fill it all the way and it is still super comfortable to sleep on. Highly recommend. You will not regret your purchase.
