Nice deep sauté pan

The pan is deep and sturdy. The handles stay cool (when cooking on the stovetop). It cleans up nicely, even when the food has stuck to the bottom of the pan. The glass cover is lower quality. I have not yet tried the pan or cover in the oven.

Perfect addition to my cookware

This is not my first Chantal purchase, so I knew what I was getting. My first Chantal purchase was well over a decade ago. This purchase is exactly the high standard that is a trademark of the Chantal brand.
