This pan was damaged in shipping and after several attempts to contact customer service I have been unable to get replacements or refund for the product. I can’t recommend this company.

An item got accidentally deleted from my order - and I ordered a lot!!!! When I wrote back in about the shipping costs - on the piece to be reordered (missing) and previous order - there was no understanding or adjustment - just reorder the piece and pay more shipping - when the previous order should have been free. I am sorry I the GE promo. The new stove, which needed all new induction pots/pans. I spent about $25 that I didn't need to.

Got a set for free with our appliance and LOVED the set. I wanted to add some more sizes and glad it did!
