Premium quality worth the price

I’ve been using Chantal cookware exclusively, and this saucepan confirms why. The build quality is excellent—solid, well-balanced, and it heats evenly with very good control on a regular stovetop. The lid fits perfectly, heat retention is strong, and cleanup is easy. You can tell this is designed to last, not just look good. Performance is consistent every time. I understand the pricing because the quality is there—but it would be great to see occasional discounts or loyalty perks for repeat customers. I’ll keep buying either way.

High quality pans

I received a set of Chantal cookware with my GE induction range. Since then I have purchased three additional saucepans. I am well pleased with the uncoated pans, but I believe I received a fry pan with a defective non-stick finish. I reported this while in warranty, but was brushed off by your customer service department. So, if your customer service matched your manufacturing, you would treat occasional problems seriously.

I got compliments on the appearance and the pan works well, just wish I had noticed that it was made in the PRC before i purchased it.
