Accelerator Spring; 1935-48 Car, 1935-47 Pickup

I bought this spring to replace the spring on my gas pedal on my 2001 honda CRV 5 speed. After having a skunk 2 throttle body added, it made my gas pedal feel too soft. The spring in the skunk 2 throttle body is softer. Replacing the factory spring on my gas pedal with this stiffer spring made a big difference. I can modulate my gas pedal much better driving now. I had to slightly modify the spring for it to fit right. The spring itself seats perfectly into the pedal but i had to rebend the two outer sides to make it fit like oem. Great product. I wish they had more options in terms of spring tension. I think I'd like to get a slightly heavier spring. but this one did the job I intended.
