I wear between an 8-8.5 in shoes, usually a wide width. I followed the size guide and ordered a 6.5W. The construction of the shoes are really nice and an upgrade from my previous pair. Unfortunately, after dancing in them I think they are a tad bit big. I appreciate that wide is a width that is offered though, and may try again and order a 5.5W.
