Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. One issue was that the armillary and stand were shipped with a threaded rod that was too short to connect the two. Customer support mailed the correctly sized rod a few days later. The other issue was that the picture and labels in the installation instructions weren't very clear.

Good product but….

Sundial is great. Would have rated 5 stars but there were no assembly instructions. I did find the instructions on their website but they were poorly presented and unclear. Assembly could have taken 10 minutes but due to the instructions took over an hour with trial and error.

Poor parts fitment.

Totally underwhelmed by the fit of the product. There is a large gap between what they call the “small band” in the instructions and the “3/4 band”. Also the arrow shaft appears to be too long so the arrow will not stay centered. It’s almost like they sent me parts from two different size sundials.
