I probably could’ve used a smaller one, but I didn’t really measure it out to see which one would be best for me. I do plan on picking up the other two though I do like this concept and I do feel like it makes a difference. this one is extremely large

Wish guard was a little thicker
Part of the reason I purchased the band guard was to use it to protect my forearms during zegler squats. I found the bands still dig into my forearms while using the guard for zegler squats.
