My knee arthritis causes me to limp a little, causing thigh pain from tight underused leg muscles. This roller is good for loosening them up. It beats struggling on the floor with a foam roller. Be careful not to be too vigorous though or you'll end up with bruised thighs! Best used with a massage oil. Good value and high quality roller.
