Economy Masters Gown Only

Love it

I’m the 5’3 on the small end so it’s a bit large for me but after comparing it to my other gown (non-master sleeve) I can see it’s basically the same size.

Wrong size sent/Poor customer service

I was sent the wrong size gown and emailed them five days ago asking for help. I have not heard a single thing, not even a "thank you for contacting us; we'll reach out to you soon"-type of email. Highly disappointing and frustrating.

Definitely not a plus size gown. My non-plus size one is larger than this one. Customer service is very slow to respond as well.
