I was very excited to receive my pearl The only reason I gave it a four star instead of five is because the chain clasp is so tiny that It becomes frustrating trying to close as well as open it . I finally took it to the jeweler and had a new clasp added. For the price of the 14 karat gold I personally, feel it could be an issue for a lot of buyers.
