Dissapointed

This was my first time ordering from Hai Trim all the way from Australia. ( which costs nearly AUD$100 shipping for a very small packet btw ) I was so excited to find this store & all the amazing products they stock. I ordered a few different styles and colours of the resin stones, which were individually packaged as expected. Unfortunately, most of the stones had scratches and marks on them, which were very noticeable and are not acceptable for the commissioned design that they were purchased for. So I did spend nearly $200AUD to receive pieces that cannot be used. I did email Hai Trim to address my concern, but unfortunately never received a reply. Very disappointing.
