Chromatic Aberration on my new lenses

I'm noticing significant chromatic aberration in my new lenses - it's most noticable when I'm looking at black text not directly through the center of my lenses. If I'm looking at anything (especially on my phone) through the bottom of my lenses, the prism effect is very noticable. I didn't have this issue with my previous lenses. The lens quality itself is very good. I find that I'm constantly having to keep what I'm looking at closer to the center of my eyeline, and I didn't have this issue before. I'm still waiting for a response from customer support, I'm not confident that I would recommend this service based on my experience.
