Felt super out of the bag but not when washed

Bedding review… Yet again I am disappointed when I wash bedding. It always feels fabulous and luxurious out of the packet but once it’s washed it’s just so ordinary. It was very very creased out of the machine and although I died it on the line and not in a tumble it looked like an old rag and I had to iron it. It’s nice bedding but once washed didn’t feel special or luxurious. It says it gets softer the more you wash. But for me at that price I want it to feel soft after the first wash. All in all disappointed. Duvet review… my husband complained of being cold with our current light feather duvet. So I played out £400. He’s happy and warm, but for me I have to say the duvet 13.5 all season, is very heavy. I personally find it too heavy, but he’s warm so if you need warm and cosy, then this is for you. If you want light weight then it is not.

Superb Quality Absolutely wonderful

Looking online for 2 weeks i kept coming back to Scooms they are expensive but there's a saying " you get what you pay for" and if like me you are happy with your purchase the price is irrelevant. From order to delivery with a 1 hour slot that arrived in the time slot superb service. Now the Duvet 13.5 tog all season 4.5 tog and 9 tog very warm and light yesterday I removed the 4.5 tog and slept in the 9 tog wonderful , the Egyptian cotton duvet cover and fitted sheet also excellent quality, the duvet is very easy to put in the duvet cover just slides in then buttons up. I say this as a 74yr old widower. the goose feather pillow is also comfortable and supportive I shake it in the morning as I do the Duvet. I am a person that retailers want A HAPPY CUSTOMER . My daughter popped around to see my bedding in her words " dad this is 5 star hotel quality " my final advice if I may buy from Scooms you won't be disappointed Thank you for reading

THE BEST IN THE WORLD

After purchasing some Scooms pillows, my wife and I saved up for the All Season Duvet and the bedding and simply WOW..... We have now had it a good few weeks and it has transformed our nights. We always thought a good bed was about the mattress... and while there's a lot to be said for a good mattress, an incredible duvet is truly what makes your bedding feel like pure luxury. Scooms duvet is somehow heavy and light all at the same time. Wonderfully weighted and warm, yet airy and light at the same time. We can't wait to get into bed every night as it feels nicer than the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in, every night. True luxury. If you're considering it and wondering if it's worth the money, just do it - it 100% is. Thank you so much for making such wonderful bedding!!
