I really like the Biodermis silicone strips, which work really well. I had thought this would be a similar product. However, it feels quite different - more like a chapstick rather than a protecive layer of silicone. I am not sure if it really works (and the product seems too small for the price).

Pay attention to the size when you order .It’s a chap stick size not worth the money! Does not glide on as easy as I think it should. Seems a bit dry Would not buy again!

So glad my doctor recommended Biodermis - I got their silicone stick, xeragel and the silicone sheeting and they are all great. My jellyfish sting scar is much less noticeable now. The sheeting is especially great - much more comfortable than a different brand I got on Amazon, and the fabric backing helps protect from the sun.
