Great instructions and fit

Made this for my daughter’s pink cowgirl costume. I added extra flare to make more bell bottomy Waist was a bit big for her so there’s a bit of a gap at back I don’t know how to fix. But I think this is a me problem not a pattern problem.

Stretch jeans with bootleg

I sewed this pattern for one of my granddaughters, so in a children's size and in a light blue and light weight stretch denim. It sewed up easily and the instructions were easy to follow thanks to the helpful drawings. My only suggestion would be to draft the pocket linings in such a way that they get caught in the fly-construction. In my bought jeans it is always done like that, and I find it keeps the pocket flat and in place. Because I sewed a small size this happened for me on one side, but not on the other. Other than that, no problems. My granddaughter was very pleased with the result.
