Ho Mama Braised Eel In Fermented Black Bean 100g

Delicious flavoured special treat

This is one of my favourite store cupboard treats. The tin contains moist pieces of braised eel in small quantity of black bean sauce and I love to eat it Danish style - on lightly buttered ryebread with some scrambled egg on the side. Then again, the eel is brilliant as a topping on noodles or rice. So glad I was able to find a reliable source of tinned eel from TukTuk Mart.
