Lasts much longer than normal shockcord

I use this for trapeze take-up, and it lasts much longer than normal shockcord due to the abrasion resistance, so the outer doesn't wear out anymore. This shockcord is very strong, so consider putting a fuse in place if you think it might get caught around things and you want it to break rather than whatever it is attached to. I attach this shockcord to my trapeze ring using a small piece of ordinary shockcord, so that it breaks first, if it gets caught on another boat or obstruction.

Strong but not as springy as normal shockcord

Great if you need it not to break like on a trapeze elastic but just be aware it is a bit less springy than normal shockcord. Delivery and service first class as usual.
