I sent two emails, filled out two online forms on the website, called twice and texted and have waited several days for a response. I have been completely ignored!!! I like to support small businesses like yours but this is not the way to serve your customers. I have been taken by your company. The sad thing is that out of all of the companies like yours, I thought your charms were the nicest. Now I have to start all over again and order from somewhere else because you don’t care.
