N-Scale Victorian Firehouse Station Miniature Model Train Assembled Built 1:150

I love this building, but I probably won’t be ordering from him again. I’ve bought several buildings in the past. Last spring I ordered some houses. One was the wrong scale from what was advertised. I took pictures and showed him how the house was much too large. He promised to send me a new one the following week. I waited and waited and nothing came. I emailed him again 5 months later and reminded him. He apologized and promised to send a new one out the next week. That was around 3 months ago with nothing being shipped. I thought maybe if I gave him a new order maybe he would throw the replacement house in with the new order. The new order came in with no replacement from the incorrect order from 9 months ago. I like his buildings when they are correct, but apparently once he gets your money you’re out of luck if anything is wrong. Definitely my last order with Gold Rush Bay.
