Your website is frustrating to use and feels incomplete. The search function either returns a huge list of items that don’t match what I’m looking for, or it’s so strict that it doesn’t recognize reasonable search terms. Your discounts are also confusing because there isn’t enough information to compare them. For example, the “LOVE26” code doesn’t say how much I’ll save versus my military discount. It would really help if you showed a clear comparison so customers can quickly choose the best option.
