Best Puzzles and Best Customer Service

My wife loves their puzzles, so I ordered two new ones for her, and the owner reached out promptly to let me know they were out of town and, if I was in a hurry, they could arrange for a neighbor to ship out the puzzles while they were away or wait until they returned. I really appreciated the transparency and told them it was no rush. The puzzles arrived, and they even included a bonus for us, allowing them to ship the puzzles to us upon their return to the office. I cannot recommend this small business enough.
